End of January and another taste of snow on our Sandias.
Late November ~ I saw the sun behind the trees and added it to the sketch book under my hat and took it to the studio just as the freezing wind and snow blew in .
2011: The year bends toward art.
We celebrate the publishing of the art book YOU ARE HERE by exhibiting my largest painting at the SUMNER & DENE GALLERY in Albuquerque.

It has been so dry. But the rain finally comes and cools our
earth and the garden grows.
I fill my saddle bags full of paintings and ideas and journey across America to the Alabama Art Colony where I teach for a glorious week. Such a legacy and so many fine artists!
I aim for home by way of the Gulf coast.
I deliver paintings to the JACK MEIER GALLERY in Houston.
I rocket home.
